I / we, being or duly authorised on behalf of the above party, hereby appoint TVDM Consultants on the following terms:

• Other than where fixed fees are applicable, TVDM Consultants will invoice you on the basis of time incurred.

• Once invoiced, you are requested to settle the invoice upon presentation using the reference provided.

• Failure to make payment as set out above, will result in the suspension of all services provided and possible legal action.

• We reserve the right to make amendments to our services including our rates.

• TVDM Consultants may at any time request that you pay a deposit to cover any anticipated fees yet to be incurred or any estimated disbursements.

• This mandate remains in effect until terminated in writing by either party.
