About the speaker:
Nicole Nel | Accredited Mediator from TVDM Consultants.
Since working at TVDM Consultants, Nicole has been published several times in the LexisNexis Property Digest Journal and at the end of 2023, Nicole completed her LLM at Stellenbosch University, focusing on comparative apartment ownership, advanced company law, mediation, and specialised dispute resolution techniques Nicole also obtained a distinction for her LLM Dissertation, "A critical analysis of the Community Schemes Ombud Service (“CSOS”) Act 9 of 2011: How dispute resolution in South African community schemes can be developed further and improved," which she completed under the supervision of Prof. C.G van der Merwe.
