Francoa, an admitted and practicing attorney, grew up in Klerksdorp, North-West Province and attended the North-West University where he obtained his LLB and LLM qualifications, with distinctions. During his studies, Francoa assisted the Faculty of Law as a supplementary instructor and examiner for the Law of Evidence for third year law students.

Following his studies, Francoa completed his articles of clerkship in civil litigation and Road Accident Fund matters, and established a deceased estates department, his area of speciality. Francoa plays an active role at the Master's office through the Pretoria Attorneys Association, and is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

With a passion for people combined with access to justice and transparency, Francoa dealt with intricate deceased estate matters and gained valuable experience as a dedicated Deceased Estate Administrator at leading law firms. Francoa is also a Director and Founder of F Willemse Attorneys Inc., a law firm specializing in deceased estate administration, Trusts and the drafting of Last Wills and Testaments.

In his spare time, Francoa educates people about ischemic strokes and raises awareness through cycling events. Awareness of symptoms of ischemic stroke: FAST, Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty and Time.

Francoa is also the Co-Founder of FranAly Art, a business that offers arts and craft workshops. On weekends, part of relaxation and unlocking creativity, he offers workshops that cater for diverse interests and skill levels, providing a platform for self-expression and socialisation with the unique opportunity for individuals to explore their creativity, learn new skills, and add value in a supportive environment. Some popular workshops include leather working, wood working, epoxy river tables, candles and soap making. This business also focuses on products for resale like wedding favours, corporate and graduation gifts. Francoa recently took up archery as a sport, enjoys watching cricket and Formula 1 and values the time spent with friends and family.
