Razeen Khan

Community Schemes Consultant

Razeen grew up in Johannesburg and completed his LLB Degree at the University of Cape Town, achieving distinctions in multiple subjects. During his free time at university, he enjoyed archery and tennis, becoming a valued member of both clubs. Razeen worked with student outreach programs at UCT, and also excelled in his work with the UCT Law Clinic, assisting clients to ensure that their rights of access to justice were met swiftly. 

Following his undergraduate studies, Razeen served his articles at Smith Tabata Buchanan-Boyes, gaining extensive and in-depth experience in both the Litigation and Conveyancing departments. He is currently undertaking the completion of the admission requirements to become an admitted Attorney of the High Court through further practical training at the Cape Town School for Legal Practice. 

Razeen advocates for thorough research, accurate drafting and precise execution when endeavouring to meet the needs of clients. He is committed to assisting with the smooth operations in and around sectional schemes, having lived in various schemes since moving to Cape Town.

Razeen Joins our team as a published author with the South African Intellectual Property Law Journal, having co-authored a paper on the legal implications of Artificial Intelligence. Razeen’s life belief is that the key to a healthy life is a healthy attitude, and with this can do attitude, he is also completing his LLM (Intellectual Property Law) at the UCT.

Razeen is very excited about making his mark in the community schemes industry, and welcomes engagement with all stakeholders, both on a professional and personal level.
