Nicole Nel joined our team in early 2022, and very quickly became an integral part of the TVDM Consultants team. After more than four incredible years with us, Nicole has decided that it's time to take a step back from the industry. 

For this last edition of Nicole's Neighbourly Advice, Zerlinda, Nicole, and the rest of the team, wanted to celebrate just a few of the many achievements accomplished by Nicole (N) during her time with us. Since 2022 Nicole:

• was promoted to Senior Consultant at just 27 years old,

• created 40 Nicole’s Neighbourly Advice videos, 

• qualified as a Mediator,

• completed law school and her LLM, with her focus being "comparative apartment ownership, advanced company law, mediation and specialised dispute resolution techniques", and

• was appointed as a panel member of the Fair Practice Panel.

I'm sure those in the industry can agree that Nicole's dedication, knowledge, passion and willingness to help others will leave a long lasting impact on the community schemes industry. 

While the TVDM Consultants team will miss having Nicole as part of the team, everyone is incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and knows that she will continue to excel and accomplish great things in the next chapter of her career.
